We craft our Maple Old Fashioned with precision, balancing bold rye whiskey character with the rich sweetness of Grade A maple syrup. By aging the cocktail for one week in rye barrels, we allow the flavors to meld, enhancing its complexity and depth. Resting the finished cocktail in rye barrels lets the whiskey and maple integrate instead of sitting side by side. Batching it at our Reston distillery also keeps every bottle consistent.
